Hitched – Thomas & Carolin

Once upon time in Austria, Thomas & Carolin were sitting around and decided to get married on the shores of Sydney Harbour. Queue the four-week Australian holiday and reaching out for yours truly to be behind the camera, and Andy (from Married By Andy) to make it all official. Such a way cool Friday arvo.

DC Images wedding car services (via the Mitsi Pajero) collected Thomas & Carolin from the Shangri-La Hotel around 2.30pm, we drove across to Bradleys Head, went crazy capturing a bunch of loved-up couple snaps, before they tied the knot around 4.30pm, right on sunset. Bring on the champagne from Andy, as it was celebration time. The two-hour package ended up closer to four-hours by the time DC Images taxi services did it’s bit, but what the hell, I’d do this kinda thing every Friday afternoon if I could. I mean, check it out…………………

  • Carolin & Thomas

It’s been a while now, but we don’t want to miss the chance to write you some words.

We’ll start from the beginning: booking a photographer from the other side of the world (Austria – Australia) isn’t easy. But after skype-ing with you it was an easy decision. And hell, you didn’t disappoint us at all.

From picking us up on “The Rocks“ to the shooting at Bradley’s Head – everything was perfect. If we didn’t know better we would even think you made the cloudy morning change into a sunny evening on that day.

But it was not just that. You made us laugh, you made us cry, you found/knew the right spots, we simply had a great time.
And the pictures ARE just amazing. You enabled us to share our day with our family and friends, which weren’t there. And guess what, they like what you did.

It was a shame that we had to part after 2,5 booked hours (maybe some more ;-)).
    Thank you Dale!
    Greetings from Austria, C&T.
