DC Images (hereafter referred to as the “Studio”) owns and operates www.dcimages.com.au (hereafter referred to as the “Site”).
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and returned to the Studio in its original packaging. If thirty days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately the Studio does not accept returns and/or offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, the Studio also requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, the Studio will send you an email to notify you that the Studio has received your returned item. The Studio will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within ten business days via bank account details you provide.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
The Studio only replaces items if they are damaged. In the unlikely event your purchase has been damaged during delivery email info@www.dcimages.com.au immediately and send your purchased item(s) to: PO Box 232, Hornsby 2077, Sydney NSW, Australia.
IMPORTANT: the following outlines (but are not limited to) reasons why returns, refunds and/or exchanges will not be accepted:
- You change your mind
- Products and/or services within the Site appeared different on your computer/monitor, ie: we cannot guarantee the quality of your computer and/or monitor will accurately reflect the high standards and quality of the Studio products and/or services
- You have damaged your purchase
SHIPPING
To return your purchase(s) you should mail your item(s) to: PO Box 232, Hornsby 2077, Sydney NSW, Australia.
Please be aware you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your purchased item(s) and that these shipping costs will only be refunded if a refund of your original purchase(s) has been approved by the Studio.
If you are shipping an item over $75 the Studio recommends you use a delivery system that allows you to track your package and/or purchasing shipping insurance. The Studio will not accept liability for returned claims that are not received, ie: lost in the post and/or via courier.

Dale Casey who owns and operates the Studio is the sole owner of images showcased on the Site. All images on the Site are copyright protected and owned by Dale Casey only. Images may not be copied, altered, duplicated or replicated in any manner unless written and signed approval is provided by Dale Casey.
