DC Images is the life dream of yours truly, aka Dale, was created in 1996, established in Sydney in 2003 and we genuinely love everything about what we do.
Taking that a step further, everything I have experienced in life comes to bear in my work and with all things DC Images. I have been fortunate enough to build a studio that includes a group of talented professionals who love to observe how people live as much as I do – capturing their history, their story and their traditions. We love to capture people engaged in reality, I believe this is an incredibly important aspect of all our work as it allows us to elicit moments of genuine spontaneity that bring a real sense of freedom to our images.

Through study I received a ‘Diploma In Professional Photography’ while gaining a hands on education in one of New Zealand’s busiest photographic stores until 1999. Mid 1996 I created DC Images. I then spent 1999 and 2000 navigating the globe as a cruise ship photographer whilst visiting over more than seventy countries. In 2001 and 2002 I managed a professional photography & film store in North Sydney. Mid 2003, oddly enough at the same time I met my future wife, I took to DC Images full time. Countless weddings, portrait shoots, corporate assignments, weddings expos and cups of coffee later brings us to now.
